Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their independence and quality of life, making a meaningful difference in their daily experiences. You will offer a supportive ear and calm presence while still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs. Key Responsibilities Developing clients life skills and personal interests Supporting clients with medication and ensuring they achieve their own goals and aspirations Arranging social activities in the home and in the local community Promoting the independence of every client we support The Ideal Candidate Use previous experience and/or existing transferable skills to promote independent living for all our clients May have experience with Mental Health, Autism or Learning Disabilities in a work setting or from personal experience (this isn’t essential as we provide all the training!)
