We are looking for a Key Account Executive to lead the day-to-day management and growth of our partnerships within Beauty retailers — sone of the UK’s most influential premium retailers.
This is a role for a commercially sharp, data-driven individual who thrives on ownership and accountability. You will drive performance, unlock growth opportunities, and ensure Dyson is executed “Best in Class” across every customer touchpoint.
What you’ll be responsible for
Driving commercial performance
Supporting the Senior KAM to deliver sustained, profitable growth across the channel in all areas of the Dyson portfolio.Own forecasting, planning, and performance tracking against clear commercial targetsIdentify and unlock new opportunities across range, category, and retail activationHelp build and execute joint business plans through data and insight to unlock mutual ambitionOwning the customer relationship
Be the trusted day-to-day contact for our retailers buyers and stakeholders across (Commercial, Logistics, Marketing, Finance)Build strong, credible relationships based on insight, clarity, and deliveryInfluence decision-making through data, proposition strength, and commercial logicExecuting with precision
Ensure Dyson is flawlessly represented across in-store and online environmentsHelp lead promotional planning and execution with Senior KAM supportDrive availability, visibility, and conversion through rigorous performance managementE-commerce and omnichannel excellence
Optimise product performance across retailers digital channels with support of Retail Activation teamPartner cross-functionally to elevate content, merchandising, and customer journeyExecute launches and key trading moments with precision and pace to the high standards set by Dyson and beaty retailersUsing insight to lead
Analyse performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunitiesTranslate insight into clear, actionable plans to support Senior KAMContinuously refine forecasts and strategies based on real-time performanceWhat you’ll bring
Experience managing retail or national accounts, ideally in a premium or technology-led brandStrong commercial instinct with the ability to manage and influence P&L performanceConfidence working with data to inform decisions and challenge thinkingProven ability to build credible, lasting customer relationshipsHigh attention to detail with the drive to execute at paceA proactive, ownership mindset—you see what needs to be done and make it happenTeam player and collaborative“Can do” growth mindsetHow we define success
