A newly established business in the concrete rebar support sector is looking for a skilled Operator to join their growing team. This is a physically demanding, hands‑on position suited to someone confident working with heavy materials and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment used in concrete reinforcement and rebar support
Carry out heavy, hands‑on installation and assembly tasks
Support daily site operations and work closely with the wider team
Maintain equipment and follow strict safety procedures
Assist the Foreman to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
What We're Looking For
Strong technical skills within concrete reinforcement, rebar support, or similar structural work
Experience operating relevant machinery or equipment
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual work
Practical, reliable, and confident working on the tools
Good communication and teamwork abilities
