Construction Operations & Compliance Coordinator | £25,000 - £35,000 | St Albans | Specialist Contractor | Permanent
A growing specialist construction contractor in St Albans is looking for a Construction Operations & Compliance Coordinator - someone with a bit of office-based construction experience who understands documentation, compliance and the realities of live projects.
You will manage health & safety and quality documentation, support accreditations, prepare RAMS and project reports, own digital document workflows, and become the go-to person for customer and Tier 1 platform systems.
In short, you’ll be part of the operational backbone of the business.
This is a junior but highly responsible role. Ideal for someone with at least some office-based experience in construction admin, SHEQ, project coordination or document control, who wants to build a long-term career in operations and compliance.
