* Generate schematic layouts such as riser diagrams, mechanical schedules, and floorplans, while also contributing to specification development.

* Actively monitor task progress and maintain accountability within the team to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
Candidate Profile
* 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Strong grasp of mechanical system scope, relevant codes and standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.
* Well-versed in the documentation process and deliverable requirements across all project stages (schematic design, design development, construction documents, and specs).
* Skilled in industry-standard design software, especially AutoCAD and Revit.
* Able to proactively manage shifting priorities, anticipate project needs, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
