Key Responsibilities:
10. Develop strong working relationships with the Estate Agency team through ongoing training and collaboration
11. Attend regular team meetings to share best practices and drive performance
12. Conduct 2–3 customer appointments daily
13. Provide expert advice on a full range of mortgage and protection products tailored to customer needs
14. Proactively generate new business and cultivate client relationships in a target-driven environment
What We’re Looking For:
15. Experienced/ Qualified Mortgage Advisors (CeMAP or equivalent), or motivated trainees.
16. Proven ability to generate and convert sales
17. Resilient, driven, and customer-focused
18. A positive, professional, and friendly approach
19. Ability to thrive under pressure and build strong internal and external relationships
20. Full UK driving licence required
