Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Supervisor & Bookkeeper to support our Inventory and financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping & Inventory related tasks, maintain financial records, and assist with office management duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
* Process accounts payable and receivable.
* Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
* Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
* Manage office supplies, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
* Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
* Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g ZOHO, Xero).
* Proficiency in Zoho Inventory is a plus
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
* Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
