The Claims Operations Assistant x2:
These are 6 months FTC, due to growth of the team with a strong possibility of going permanent, due to the foreseen growth of the current team.
The roles are responsible for processing all aspects of claims information in their risk and accounting systems for all books of business written, dealing with all associated queries and problem solving.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing, high performing and close knit team.
Working closely with Claims, Underwriting, Operations and Finance, as part of the Operations team, the roles main responsibilities are:
* Review, analyse and process claims e messages.
* Ensure all incoming claim correspondence is: reviewed, new claims set up in system and added to the claim workflow system(s) and triaged accordingly
* Assist with implementation and execution of special/ad hoc projects within the Claims Operations Department.
Requirements:
* Very keen to speak to recent Graduates or College leavers, who are ideally seeking an entry level London Insurance Market opportunity.
* A personable team player, with excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle a variety of duties in a timely and
accurate manner.
* Ability to work under own direction and with minimal supervision – however also needs to be effective team player with ability to communicate clearly.
* Fast and accurate data entry skills.
