Malay Speaking Customer Support Representative - What You'll be Doing:
* Respond to incoming inquiries via various channels (phone, email, live chat) from Malay-speaking clients promptly and professionally.
* Provide accurate and comprehensive information about forex trading platforms, products, services, and account-related queries.
* Assist clients with onboarding, including account registration, verification, and documentation requirements.
* Guide clients in navigating trading platforms, explaining basic trading concepts, and providing technical support as needed.
* Resolve client issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
* Collaborate with other teams, such as compliance and sales, to ensure seamless client experiences and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge of forex trading, customer service skills, and company offerings.
Malay Speaking Customer Support Representative - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Fluency in Malay is essential. Proficiency in English is also required.
* Fresh graduates are welcome. Proven experience and knowledge of forex trading concepts are a plus.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address client issues effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Tech-savvy with a good understanding of trading platforms and software applications.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy when dealing with clients.
