Whether that be a 180/270 or 360 degree consultant, you'll work in a collaborative environment with strong leadership and a clear path for progression - ideal for someone who’s ready to grow within a supportive and ambitious team.

What do you need to have?
✅ Ideally Recruitment or Sales experience in a Customer Facing role
✅ Longevity within a previous agency (min 1 year)
✅ Proven billings & strong client/candidate relationship skills
✅ A confident self-starter who’s commercially minded and target-driven
✅ Someone who values culture and is looking for long-term growth
