Job Responsibilities You will work on a diverse range of projects, both in the UK and internationally Design advanced mechanical engineering systems using the latest software and tools. Lead mechanical services design for large-scale projects, and manage small to medium-sized projects within the office The project portfolio covers sectors such as Education, Science and Research, Healthcare, Leisure, Residential, Commercial, Defence, and high-end mixed-use developments, with a primary focus on Residential and Education. Lead the development of strategic concepts, ensuring solutions meet project briefs and regulatory standards Ensure high-quality technical delivery, working independently or as part of a team Mentor and support junior staff, offering guidance to help them grow and contribute effectively. Collaborate with the team leader to monitor financials, fee expenditure, and resource allocation.
