Start Date: December 2025 or sooner if available)
Contract: Full-time, term time only
Salary: £21,000 – £23,500 (pro rata, depending on experience)

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate SEND Support Staff and Communication Support Workers to join our team and provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
Working closely with our SENDCO, class teachers and wider staff team, you’ll help children access learning, build confidence and develop important life skills – all within a supportive, nurturing environment.
Your work will play a vital role in helping every child feel valued, understood and successful.

Has experience of working with children, ideally those with SEND
*
Demonstrates a patient, empathetic and positive in every situation
*
Can build trusting relationships with pupils, parents and staff
*
Understands that behaviour is communication and approaches every challenge with care and consistency
*
Works well as part of a team but can also use their initiative
*
(Desirable) Has knowledge of specific needs such as autism, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs
