Job Title: Multi Trade /Handyperson
Location: Cambridge
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am 16:00 Friday 3pm finish
Salary: GBP19 - GBP20 per hour DOE
ARC Group are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Handyman / Multi-Trader for a commercial construction site in Cambridge.
This is a great opportunity to secure work on a busy project, supporting site operations with a range of trade skills and general duties.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Carrying out general snagging, making good, and finishing works
* Minor carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and painting
* Basic plumbing and general repairs (non-qualified tasks)
* Site maintenance, including upkeep of welfare facilities and walkways
* Supporting site managers and trades as needed
* Ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently
Requirements:
* Previous site-based experience in a handyman or multi-trader role
* Skilled across a range of trades particularly carpentry and painting
* Valid CSCS card essential
* Own tools and full PPE
* Good work ethic, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
