Payroll Officer – inside IR35 contract (Until End of August) Remote / Nationwide | £130 per day | Full-Time (35 hours/week) We’re partnering with a national Charity seeking a reliable Payroll Officer to provide essential payroll administration support until the end of August, with potential for extension. This role involves day-to-day payroll processing within an Oracle environment, supporting the wider HR and finance teams. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Oracle systems and a practical understanding of payroll operations. They’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who can manage routine payroll tasks efficiently while collaborating with internal experts to ensure smooth payroll delivery. What you’ll be doing: Managing day-to-day payroll administration tasks accurately and efficiently Processing payroll data and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Collaborating with Oracle system experts to support payroll-related Oracle modules Maintaining employee records and resolving payroll queries Assisting with payroll reporting and data reconciliation Supporting the team with general Oracle HCM system usage related to payroll functions Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations What you’ll bring: Experience working with Oracle systems, ideally with exposure to Oracle HCM and finance modules Practical knowledge of payroll administration and related data management Ability to support Oracle-related payroll processes and collaborate with technical experts Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data Good communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed Comfortable working remotely and managing time efficiently within a hybrid or remote setup Contract details: Fixed-Term Contract: Until the end of August, with potential for extension £130 per day via an umbrella company Remote working 35 hours per week (full-time) Supportive team environment with opportunities to work alongside Oracle experts If you’re a detail-oriented Payroll Officer with some Oracle experience looking for a supportive team and a chance to make an impact, this could be the role for you.
