About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Law Graduate, Trainee Conveyancer, or Graduate Paralegal with a keen interest in Residential Property Law to join our growing conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a respected, client-focused firm where professional growth and development are supported.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting solicitors with residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
* Drafting and preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
* Conducting searches, reviewing title documents, and preparing reports.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
* Maintaining case management systems and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
Requirements
* Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
* A genuine interest in property and conveyancing law.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of attention to detail and organisational ability.
* Professional, proactive, and committed to client care.
Experience
Previous experience in residential conveyancing or a property law setting is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.
