Aberdeen (Office + 1-2 days Hybrid)
£60,000 - £75,000 + Healthcare + Pension + Travel Expenses + 30 Days Holiday
Are you an Estimator with a background in civils and concrete works, looking for a long-term role within a stable and growing construction business with clear progression?
Excellent opportunity to join an established contractor delivering a range of civils and concrete projects across the UK. The business has a strong pipeline of repeat work and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects within specialist sectors.
This role offers autonomy and responsibility, working closely with Directors and senior management as part of a small, collaborative team. It is ideally suited to a commercially strong Estimator who is confident pricing projects independently and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
You will be joining a professional team with a strong working culture and a clear focus on long-term succession planning, offering the opportunity to progress towards Directorship level for the right individual.
The Role:
* Pricing and tendering civils and concrete construction projects
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
* Producing detailed and accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
* Carrying out site visits
The Person:
* Experience in an Estimator or commercial role
* Background in civils and concrete construction
* Confident pricing projects and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
