Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per year (£13.70 – £14.75 per hour)

Hours: Full-time, 36.5 hours per week

Location: Office-based, Newport

Permanent role

We are a family-run, independent recruitment agency specialising in the driving and industrial sector. Our mission is simple: find the best candidates for our clients, and the most suitable jobs for our candidates — all while treating people with respect, honesty, and a personal touch.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team in our Newport office.

What you’ll be doing:

* Sourcing and matching candidates to client requirements
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Managing job adverts, applications, and interviews
* Supporting candidates through the recruitment process
* Processing payroll accurately and on time
* Using Outlook, phone, and other tools to communicate efficiently
* Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
* Participating in on-call service after 6 months (full training provided)

* Excellent communicator – confident on the phone, professional in email, and clear in all interactions
* IT literate – comfortable using Outlook, databases, and basic office software
* People-focused – you treat candidates like friends and respect every individual
* A team player – ready to grow with us as our company expands
* Someone who’s excited by the possibility of taking on more responsibility, potentially even managing the branch in future

Ideal experience:

* Customer service and resolving candidate or client queries
* Regular phone contact with clients or suppliers
* Knowledge of transport or logistics would be a strong advantage
