Key Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager / Bodyshop Controller / Accident Repair Centre Manager: Deliver financial results in line with budgeted targets Lead and develop a high-performing team to meet productivity and quality goals Control site costs, labour, and materials to maximise profitability Manage work provider and supplier relationships to ensure seamless operations Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, PAS125, and manufacturer repair standards Oversee company processes, workflows, and performance management Take ownership of the full customer journey, delivering exceptional service from booking to handover Skills and Qualifications for a Bodyshop Manager / Bodyshop Controller / Automotive General Manager: Experience managing a successful team in a vehicle body repair or accident repair centre Strong understanding of HR policies, team development, and recruitment Audatex experience is essential Familiarity with modern bodyshop management systems (desirable) Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach Full UK driving licence required This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy repair environment and can lead from the front while maintaining high standards across the board.
