Job Description
3. Day to day management of the finance team including controls, processes and reporting
4. Deliver reliable cash flow forecasts
5. Treasury management, including foreign exchange and covenant reporting
6. Deliver the monthly management accounts on time and in full. To include a full understanding of the result versus budget and prior year, all balance sheet items and cash flow movements.
7. Preparing budgets and forecasts
8. Ensure appropriate processes are in place to capture R&D tax credits on an ongoing basis
9. Ensure smooth completion of statutory accounts, audits and tax computations
10. Input into development of financial reporting and IT systems
11. Management of the Company's Insurance requirements
12. Ensure compliance with corporate and local standards, regulations, and guidelines
The Successful Applicant
13. Professional qualification in accounting -ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
14. Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
15. Experience within the manufacturing sector.
16. Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team effectively.
17. Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
18. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
19. Capability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders
