The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Cheltenham store. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, delivering first-class customer service, and maintaining the high standards our brand is known for. If you’re passionate about menswear, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and excel at leading a team, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example to drive showroom sales and ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding in-store experience.
Greet clients, understand their needs, and provide personalised product advice and recommendations.
Train, motivate, and develop showroom staff to deliver high standards of service and performance.
Oversee staff scheduling, resolving holiday and sickness cover when required.
Maintain showroom presentation, stock levels, and merchandising to reflect brand standards.
Manage bookings and appointments, ensuring smooth customer journeys.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Oversee POS processes, cash handling, and awareness of promotions and campaigns.
Ensure housekeeping standards across sales floor, cash desk, and stockroom.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles (menswear or fashion experience desirable).
A strong leader with excellent communication and coaching skills.
Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences.
Organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs of the showroom.
