Devon Complex Care Nurse - RNLD up to £48,000 This community-based team requires an experienced Learning Dissabilities Nurse who is dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care for patients with complex care requirements in their own homes. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in line with clinical guidelines while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and the Head of Care.
