Lester Aldridge have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2 years of PQE experience dealing with real estate development transactions to join our busy Real Estate Development team. The role will be based in our Southampton office but can include some remote working. Responsibilities: Advising clients on a wide range of real estate and development matters including acquisitions by way of conditional contracts, option agreements and promotion agreements. Clients include residential developers, commercial developers and healthcare clients. Offer practical, commercial and innovative solutions and strategic advice. Support both regional and nationwide clients Managing and developing client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
