Salary: £60K – £80K Base

What You’ll Be Doing - Apart from winning at life!
* Improving Security for Clients: Running risk and gap assessments against frameworks like Cyber Essentials, ISO27001, NIST, and CIS.
* Spotting & Fixing Issues: Carrying out vulnerability assessments and helping deliver services like MDR, Pen Testing, and DLP.
* Offering Straightforward, Practical Advice: Guiding clients on governance, incident response, and awareness training — becoming someone they trust to steer them in the right direction.
* Working as Part of a Team: Partnering with colleagues across the business to deliver solid, high-quality work and a great experience for your clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working in SME environments and supporting organisations of that size.
* Someone who has delivered end-to-end engagements in a client-facing role.
* Commercially aware, understands how consultancy works, and familiar with concepts like utilisation.
* Able to hit the ground running and comfortably own their own client book.
* A strong understanding of security frameworks, tools, and good practices.
* A confident communicator who can talk to both technical and non-technical people.
* A proactive problem solver who likes working with others and doing the right thing for clients and teammates.
