Job Description
1. Manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project planning and execution.
3. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on all project sites.
4. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
5. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
6. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to team members on construction processes.
8. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Senior Project Engineer should have:
9. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
10. Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
11. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
12. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
13. Willingness to travel extensively to project sites, including locations like Jackson.
14. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
