Job Title: Sales Manager – B2B Exhibitions
Location: Guildford (2 days in-office)
Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission

With fresh investment and a track record of producing three highly successful retail property events, they are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive further growth and success. These events have become the go-to gatherings for retailers, landlords, and agents eager to connect and make deals. Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales of exhibition and sponsorship packages, focusing on expanding the customer base and rebooking clients with increased order values year-on-year.
* Win new business by exploring the vast untapped market potential and up-sell and cross-sell across the events portfolio.
* Lead effective sales conversations in person, on the phone, and via video conferencing, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
* Proactively prospect for new opportunities across various platforms and collaborate with colleagues to deliver ROI for clients.
* Create compelling proposals that resonate with client decision-makers, championing client results within the business to secure deals and drive future growth.
* Utilise CRM, LinkedIn, and other systems to manage time effectively, maximise pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 2 years of B2B events sales experience
* Confident leading conversations with C-level execs and marketing decision-makers
* Experience or a strong interest in the retail/property space
* A self-starter who’s hungry, coachable, and excited to be on the phones from day one
* Someone who enjoys getting in the room with clients and building long-term relationships

* £35,000–£45,000 base salary
* Uncapped commission (realistic £15K+ OTE in year one)
