We are seeking an Account-based Marketing (ABM) Senior Specialist to join our clients global Go-To-Market team as thry rapidly scale and optimize their Account Based Experience programs. You will work closely with regional, industry and product marketers, and sales to build, launch, and track highly personalized campaigns to drive demand and expansion in target accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing account-level insights to internal stakeholders, including measuring engagement within target accounts, and identifying trends to help inform future campaign efforts.
Design and execute innovative and creative, multi-touch ABM programs from concept through execution (i.e. strategy, timeline, budget, campaign development, and campaign measurement) that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most strategic accounts to help achieve sales revenue goals.
Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies as well as identify trends within target accounts.
Align marketing and sales in building account profiles and buyer groups
Develop and maintain a database of target accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people.
Work closely with Content and Demand Gen team to update and leverage collaterals throughout the buyer journey.
Collaborate with field marketing and multi-channel marketing teams to align ABM programs with other ongoing online/offline initiatives.
Measure, analyze, and report on program performance and impact of ABM efforts on a monthly, quarterly basis.
Provide routine campaign and content audits for target accounts and for product line / industries.
3+ years of ABM/ABX experience or multi-channel B2B growth marketing experience with demonstrated success.
Ability to understand account needs and business goals and build tactical marketing plans around those themes.
Prior experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using marketing and CRM solutions such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or Salesforce (desired).
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc. Deep knowledge of demand generation mix including email marketing, direct mail, social media, paid social and advertising, events and webinars.
Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
Bachelors degree - Marketing or Business focus preferred.
