Responsibilities
 * Develop and edit CMM programs using PC-DIMS and MCOSMOS for machined components.
 * Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications and technical documentation to define inspection strategies.
 * Identify and utilize appropriate fixturing, tooling, and setups to ensure repeatable and accurate measurements.
 * Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications/standards in accordance with customer requirements.
 * Review and verify inspection and testing of products for compliance with drawings and specifications.
 * Perform measurement system analysis (MSA) and gage R&R to validate measurements.
 * Create and maintain quality assurance documentation including control plans, inspection plans, FAI, PPAP per customer requirements.
 * Ensure that projects and process control documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contracts.
 * Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including engineers, machinists, and quality control personnel.
 * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety guidelines.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
 * Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role. A degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
 * 3+ years of experience in CMM programming.
 * Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection methodologies.
 * Working knowledge and familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100.
 * Proven experience in quality inspection and assurance in a manufacturing environment.
 * Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SPC) for measurement data interpretation.
 * Ability to perform well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
 * Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for excellence.
 * Ability to work, drive initiatives and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
 * Must be a U.S. citizen.
 * Education/Work Experience: An associate degree in an engineering discipline is required; bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
 * Basic Qualifications: Previous experience with Supplier Quality with Aerospace machining suppliers.
 * Experience with deployment and management of Production Part Approval Process.
 * Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
 * Strong executive presence, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
