Sales Support Administrator

London, NW2 | Full-Time, On-Site £28,808 per annum | Rising to £30,784 in May 2026


About the Company

Focus Furnishing is leading provider of furnishing, flooring, window coverings and property services, working across social housing, housing associations, and property development. We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our Orders Department and play a central role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.


About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-volume role suited to someone with a strong administrative background who thrives under pressure, manages competing priorities with ease, and takes pride in accurate, efficient work.


Key Responsibilities

* Managing incoming calls and email correspondence relating to orders, works, and follow-ups
* Inputting and maintaining job information accurately across ERP and CRM systems
* Supporting the ordering and stock tracking process for flooring, furnishings, blinds, and curtains
* Assisting with job bookings, fitter allocations, and daily job confirmations
* Preparing and chasing quotes, and supporting follow-up on outstanding approvals
* Maintaining organised digital records and job notes throughout
* Supporting the Orders team with the day-to-day administration that keeps operations running smoothly.


What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in a busy office or administrative role
* Confident working with ERP and/or CRM systems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Reliable, punctual, and professional in conduct at all times


What We Offer

* £28,808 salary, rising to £30,784 in May 2026
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays

Working Hours & Environment

This is a fully on-site role based at our NW2 office. Candidates must be able to commute reliably to this location. This role does not include line management responsibility or complaint ownership.
