Job Description
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Class 2 HGV Drivers/Jetting Operatives based out of our Highbridge Depot to join our dynamic team working across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. Youll be working on a variety of small and large-diameter sewer cleaning projects, including culverts and outfalls.More about the role: Operating and driving Class 2 HGV vehicles safely and responsibly.Adhering to all relevant road traffic regulations and safety protocols.Conducting routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.Utilising high-pressure jetting equipment to clean and clear sewer lines and drainage systems.Operating specialist jetting machinery and tools with precision and care.Assessing and diagnosing blockages, obstructions, and drainage issues.Implementing appropriate jetting techniques to effectively resolve problems.The ideal candidate will possess an up-to-date CPC driver card, and while experience in high-pressure water jetting or tankering would be advantageous, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role.Holding qualifications such as PTS (City & Guilds) Confined Space Entry, NRSWA (Street works), and a valid CSCS card would also be highly beneficial.What we can offer you:Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay and leaveCompany pensionLife assurance scheme (x4 salary)Bupa (includes cash payments towards dental, medical, therapeutic treatments) with the option to add up to 4 dependentsRefer a friend schemeEmployee assistance programme (access to GP appointments and mental health support)Competitive annual leave plus bank holidaysTraining and career progression opportunitiesTPBN1_UKTJ
