Skills required:
* A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Property Executive with proven fee earning experience
* Experience in Residential Property matters for private clients, including work with commercial and corporate clients in the residential property space
* Excellent organisational ability, with a focus on managing deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
* Clear communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client and third-party relationships
