£21,500–£27,500 DOE + £10,000–£20,000 commission potential in year one

What You'll Do
* Support Senior Recruitment Consultants by sourcing top talent for global businesses
* Proactively find candidates using our database, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
* Manage the entire candidate journey from first contact through to placement
* Handle key administrative tasks such as CV formatting, interview coordination, advert posting and calendar management
What we're looking for
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, detail-focused mindset
* Strong computer proficiency with a keen eye for detail
* Confidence using digital tools (e.g. LinkedIn, CRMs)
* Sales experience and a goal-oriented mindset
* Strong organisational skills
* Customer service experience, interacting with clients either in person or over the phone
