PART TIME TEAM LEADER – BAND 7 (JOB SHARE)

SALARY SCALE: £50,861 - £59,159 pro rata
We are currently looking for an innovative, highly organised Team Leader for the Intensive Home Treatment Team, Murray Royal Hospital, Perth to participate in a job share post.
Intensive Home Treatment Team provides and supports recovery focused services for patients with acute and / or enduring mental health problems.
There will be the opportunity to be involved in the development of the service and continue with improvement work being undertaken within Mental Health Services.
Being an open, honest, approachable and responsible individual with an attitude to support excellent team working and growth of strong interpersonal relationships across the teams will be critical values and qualities to developing high performance to ensure the delivery of the best care experience possible.

You must be a First Level Registered Nurse and hold a current UK NMC registration relevant to the area of practice.
