Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager duties will include:
* Batching, coding and inputting invoices onto the system.
* Dealing with supplier queries.
* Liaising with suppliers and internal staff to resolve issues.
* Dealing with foreign currency.
* Reconciling supplier statements.
* Banking.
* Assisting with new system implementation.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
* Purchase ledger experience is essential.
* Knowledge of foreign currency is desirable.
* Good IT skills are required.
