Their core finance team is based in Sheffield, which is easily accessible by train or car. They offer a flexible working approach with a 35-hour workweek and hybrid working options (3 days in the office).
What will you be doing
The successful applicant for this Treasury Analyst role will:
* Monitor daily cash balances and cash movements
* Assist in preparing short-term cash forecasts and reviewing group-wide cash requirements
* Ensure the timely settlement of inter-company payables and receivables
* Track borrowing requirements to maintain financial stability and sufficient operational funds
* Liaise with international offices across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia to centralise cash and minimise borrowing needs
* Execute FX hedging deals in line with Treasury Policy and business needs
* Prepare regular cash and Treasury reports for internal stakeholders, including executive and board reports
* Contribute to Treasury systems and process improvements
* Collaborate with the finance systems team to optimise Treasury platforms
* Support efforts to streamline routine processes and drive continuous improvement
What skills do you need?
* Experience in a large multinational environment is preferred but not essential
* Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Proficiency in Excel, with working knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Office
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive attitude
What's on offer?
* Salary range of £36,000 - £50,000
* Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
* 35-hour workweek
* 28 days holiday plus statutory holidays
