Employment Associate / Senior Associate (4+ PQE)
Remote | UK-Wide Opportunity
We are currently working with a leading UK national law firm seeking to expand its highly regarded Employment team with the addition of an Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE). This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing national practice, working fully remotely with a strong degree of flexibility.
The Opportunity
Our client has a well-established, nationally recognised Employment team advising a broad mix of public and private sector organisations. The team works across a variety of industries, supporting clients on complex workforce issues, improving employment practices, and managing risk.
You will gain exposure to a wide range of high-quality work, including:
* Contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Advisory work on employee relations, restructures, and redundancies
* Employment tribunal litigation and high-value disputes
* TUPE and transactional support on corporate and commercial deals
* Drafting policies and providing strategic, commercially focused advice
This is a varied role offering the chance to work on complex and often high-profile matters as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload across advisory, transactional and contentious matters
* Supporting senior colleagues on complex projects and litigation
* Advising clients on day-to-day employment issues and strategic matters
* Assisting with business development and client relationship management
* Supervising and mentoring more junior team members
About You
* Qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in employment law
* Experience across a broad range of employment matters
* Strong technical and drafting skills with a commercial mindset
* Experience with TUPE and/or employment aspects of transactions (desirable)
* Confident managing client relationships and working collaboratively
