Offer description

Are you a confident, positive and friendly individual looking to work for a charity which really makes a difference to the lives of those we work with? Do you have strong administrative skills and share our passion to improve mental health and wellbeing in Sheffield?

Share is one of Sheffield's major mental health charities. Established for over 50 years, we offer medium to longer-term psychotherapy at nominal fees, primarily to people on low incomes. This therapy is delivered through a range of talking and creative therapies and modalities. We therefore work at the vital intersection of psychological distress and poverty in the city.

We are looking for someone with experience of office working and/or customer-facing roles, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good IT knowledge and a commitment to the ethos of our charity. This is a multi-faceted role involving lots of client contact alongside administrative work.

Share offers the opportunity to contribute to a really important cause and to work in a friendly and supportive learning environment. We are committed to equality of opportunity for all staff, students and volunteers, and to achieving and maintaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of Sheffield. We value applications from as wide a range as possible of ethnic, cultural, and social backgrounds.
