Shape, Lead and Scale a High-Performing Talent Acquisition Team
Reporting to the Director of Talent, this newly created role will be pivotal to the leadership of a growing Talent Acquisition function, developing the capability, performance and delivery of a team expanding from four to seven. The business has ambitious growth plans and requires a commercially focused, motivational leader who can drive recruitment performance, improve hiring outcomes and create a high-energy, high-accountability culture.
You will play a key role in ensuring the recruitment team is equipped, engaged and consistently delivering against demanding hiring targets across the organisation. Specifically (but, not limited to):
* Leading, coaching and developing a growing Talent Acquisition team
* Driving recruiter performance, capability and accountability to ensure targets are consistently achieved
* Embedding best practice recruitment processes, systems and ways of working
* Supporting workforce growth plans through effective hiring strategies and delivery
* Monitoring team KPI’s, recruitment metrics and overall hiring performance
* Creating a positive, high-performing and collaborative team culture
* Partnering with stakeholders across the business to understand recruitment priorities and future talent needs
* Identifying opportunities to improve attraction, candidate experience and recruitment efficiency
* Managing recruitment activity across a variety of roles and functions
* Supporting succession planning and ongoing development within the TA team
About You
We are looking for an energetic, commercially minded Talent Acquisition leader who is adept at building high-performing teams and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
You will have previous experience leading or managing an RPO, external recruitment or internal Talent Acquisition team, with a strong focus on driving recruiter performance and delivering against ambitious targets. You will also possess excellent coaching, leadership and people development skills, alongside strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
