Residential Conveyancer A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property department in Swansea. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. This includes (but is not limited to) sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and ideally new build and leasehold transactions.
