Private Client Solicitor
Location: Aylesbury
Trainee Solicitors that are due to qualify in 2025 are encouraged to apply, as are those with up to two years' post qualification experience.

About the Role:
As a Private Client Fee-Earner, you will handle your own diverse caseload of Private Client matters. You will work closely with theexperienced team of Private Client Solicitors and support staff in a collaborative and welcoming environment.
Your day-to-day work will include:
* Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
* Probate and administration of estates
* Creation and management of trusts
* Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
* Deputyship applications and Court of Protection work
About You:
To be considered for this Private Client role, you should have:
Aqualified (or soon to be qualified)Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ–2 PQE)
Solid experience and working knowledge of Private Client law, including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, LPAs and deputyships
Excellent client care skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and their families
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
Additional experience in other areas of law, such as conveyancing, is desirable but not essential
