Shift Patterns involve working evenings and weekends. Must be available to work public holidays.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent guest services by welcoming customers and taking orders efficiently.
* Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
* Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes.
* Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Experience
* Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidates.
* Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable.
* Experience in serving or culinary roles will be advantageous.
* Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
* A background in hospitality or guest services will be beneficial.
