Global Brand Innovation Manager (d/f/m)

We are seeking a Global Brand Innovation Manager for our Global Marketing & Innovation unit, focusing on Consumer Tissue Bathroom Tissue & Household Towels.
Your Role
1. Contribute to the global innovation strategy, driving value creation through innovations in the bathroom tissue and household towels category.
2. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities and gaps to enhance the innovation pipeline, aligned with consumer segmentation and brand architecture.
3. Transform strong consumer and shopper insights into successful innovation concepts, claims, and designs.
4. Collaborate in marketing and technical partnerships to lead prioritized concepts from ideation to launch, executed by regional and local teams.
5. Partner closely with regional marketing and commercial teams to ensure innovation roadmaps meet consumer and business needs, supporting sales and profit growth.
You Identify Yourself With
* 5+ years of brand or product management experience across different geographies in a global FMCG environment.
* Strong marketing mix skills, including leading and successfully launching innovation or communication projects.
* Proven ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Exceptional project leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of business operations and P&L management.
* Fluent in English; German, Spanish, or French is a plus.
