We are seeking a talented Building Services Engineer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy specialising in mechanical and electrical design for modern, sustainable buildings. Role Responsibilities
* Design and develop mechanical and electrical building services systems from concept through to completion.
* Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and specifications using AutoCAD/Revit.
* Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, building regulations, and sustainability targets.
* Contribute to energy-efficient and low-carbon design strategies.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
* Experience in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services design (2+ years preferred).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit MEP (training can be provided).
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for sustainable design and energy efficiency.
* Willingness to travel for occasional site visits.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
