Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Service Co-ordinator. In this role, you will lead a team of site and field-based engineers, arrange equipment repairs, liaise with customers and site managers, manage engineers' workloads, and ensure all equipment is maintained on time and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy service office environment, ideally within the MHE industry, and enjoy the challenges this brings. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Field Based Engineers and Site Engineering Team Leaders. Coordinate engineers with the Aftersales Team. Arrange engineer attendance to breakdowns, maintenance, and servicing with customer site managers. Place and process orders with suppliers and other dealers. Work collaboratively with all other departments. Process engineers' jobs for invoicing. Produce quotations for repairs and further work. Process warranty claims. Compile reports. Assist with answering out-of-hours calls from customers on a rota basis. Undertake additional tasks to meet business or customer needs. Ensure all engineers' work is completed and processed in line with month-end procedures.Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Desire and ability to deliver excellent service. Experience in a fast-paced, reactive, customer service role. Excellent communication skills, including a confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner. Ability to work off own initiative and well within a team. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and pay attention to detail. Well-developed IT skills. Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines. Exceptional organizational skills.
