As an Agent Specialist Analyst in JPMorgan Chase's CDAO, you will:
* Assist in providing foundational technical support to help internal clients design and implement agent-based solutions effectively.
* Aid the team lead in preparing materials and technical components for client engagements, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and supporting the successful deployment and integration of agent solutions.
* Support the team lead in working with product and engineering teams to enhance agent capabilities and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
* Assist in creating best practices for Agentic Systems architecture and integration, focusing on performance monitoring, optimization, and evaluation.
* Support your manager in working with AI researchers, ML engineers, and software developers to advance the capabilities of Agentic AI.
* Learn and contribute to fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment that drives performance and professional growth.
* Enthusiastic to learn about multi-agent architectures and frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI.
* Excited about building or using LLM-powered Agentic solutions.
* Familiar with developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, Gen AI models, and knowledgeable in model evaluation and optimization techniques.
* Have a basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices design and performance optimization.
* Possess a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, including linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistical methods.
* Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience or interest in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
