We are currently seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join an exceptional and unique nursery setting in Hailsham. This is a permanent, full-time position within a nursery group dedicated to shaping young minds and transforming early childhood education across the UK. They provide outstanding care and nurturing environments that make a real difference in the lives of children every day.
Nursery Practitioner Duties:
* Provide a high standard of care and education to all children
* Follow the EYFS framework
* Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
* Build strong communication with parents, professionals, and colleagues
* Assess and review children's development
* Implement an effective key person approach
* Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment
* Maintain and update personal records for each child
* Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained
* Work closely with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding educational experiences through practical and theoretical activities
Nursery Practitioner Requirements:
* Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification xsngvjr
* At least 12 months' experience working in an Early Years setting
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
* The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
* A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and making a difference
* A child-centred approach to your work
