Ability to work well with students of all backgrounds Ability to work both collaboratively with colleagues and on their own initiative A flexible and solution-focused approach to work At least five years of industry experience in brickwork. NVQ Level 2 or higher in Brickwork. Good written and spoken English, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
