This is a paid, full-time position where you will gain hands-on experience as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, while receiving guidance and mentorship to prepare you for your next steps in teacher training. Programme Overview: Classroom Experience: As a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, you will support teachers in the delivery of lessons, provide 1:1 and small group support, and ensure the students stay on task.
