Amazon Operations primarily consist of inventory planning & supply chain, warehouse management, transportation, 3P seller order fulfillment, customer returns & customer service. The tasks handled by operations have a direct impact on customer experience with Amazon.com. You will work with the leadership team to improve existing systems or processes, devise new methods, and reduce defects to serve Amazon’s customers better. You will be required to analyze data, interact with cross-functional teams, and recommend and pilot improvements aligned with our goal to be the Earth’s Most Customer-Centric Company.
Key job responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining smooth flow of operations for responsible sites.
* Serving as a bridge between Amazon functions and 3P partner teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
* Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
* Work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
