The role
is part of a strong neighbourhood team, responsible for delivering a high-quality, integrated neighbourhood management service that is closer to our customer and helps to create sustainable neighbourhoods by being a visible presence on our estates.
This will include investigating reports of anti-social behaviour, following organisational policies and procedures, carrying out scheme inspections, and assisting with the management of service charges.
The right fit
* Experience in delivering high-quality, customer-facing housing management services.
* Knowledge of housing regulations and relevant legislation.
* Experience working in partnership with external agencies.
* Ability to prioritise workload to meet targets and deadlines.
* Experience of effective team working and using initiative to resolve situations.
* Excellent numeracy, ICT, and literacy skills, with the ability to analyse data and write reports.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
* Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving disputes.
* You must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
