As Resource Manager, you’ll lead the national Consulting Resourcing Team, helping shape how we deploy our people to meet client demand, support development goals, and drive profitability. You’ll be instrumental in embedding agile, demand-led resourcing across the practice, supporting our FY26 priorities and enabling dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams to thrive. You’ll work closely with the Resource Management Lead and Consulting Leadership to deliver a consistent, strategic approach to resource planning, exam training, and utilisation. You’ll make an impact by: Leading and managing the national Consulting Resourcing Team, including recruitment, training and development Providing operational oversight and ensure consistent processes across regions Maximising utilisation nationally and regionally – right people, right job, right time Tracking new opportunities, expected losses and their impact on utilisation Providing regular reporting to Departments Heads on national resourcing position Supporting the implementation of a unified resourcing model and digital planning tool Championing skills-based matching and cross-functional mobility Overseeing the exam administration process at Manager level and make sure processes are followed and trackers maintained. Working with People Team and National Training to manage exam fails and training gaps. Also help to communicate and enforce key messages and changes locally when these get agreed by the National Training Team.
